Which do you prefer as your primary search. yahoo or google? |
to tell you the truth i have never used google much. when i got my computer hooked up i chose yahoo as my home page and it works good as far is i know. your opinion welcome. I use Google almost exclusively. The reasons: Google isn't cluttered up with a lot of photos, flashing advertisements and other junk that takes precious time to load. When I'm searching for something I don't want all the distractions and newbie junk. Even if I DID want a bunch of stuff like that, Google now has "i-Google" which lets you add whatever you want to make your page more of a portal, like Yahoo but more customizable. I've used Yahoo for years so I saw no need to change. I'm pretty happy with the results, I don't notice that much of a difference anyway. I'm a loyalist and have been on Yahoo since I first started computing regularly so I hope the powers that be keep it going. I'd hate to have to pick between the two other big options. Google. |
