It's a good site for enthusiasts to post and share pics. There are many pictures by professional photographers that don't end up in magazines or publications that they then put up for people to view. I like flickr.

If you download Flock a fairly new browser, it has a media bar at the top, you can add recent photos from Flickr, Fotobucket, facebook and others and I would say that the photos from Flikr
are better than the others (in general) if you select interestingness from media streams flickr you'll see what I mean
