How can I get facebook to remove a photo of me that someone else wont take down? |
My ex has a photo of him and I posted on his face book and will not remove, I have asked him many times and he just says no. then he put a comment under it sayin he will never take it down, called me a few rude name's. What are my rights on facebook? I have been emailin them about this problem and all I have gotten was im sorry there is nothin we can do. If I contacted my lawyer could they do something for me? I have untagged it and removed him from my friend list but he still put a tag on it (which has my first and last name.) its just not linked to my profile. yes all u have to do is un tag yourself and it should not show up as ur name- if he is beingrude and calling u names u can report him and get his acct deleted!! You can untag it, that's about it. If you took them photo it's copyright under your name, and by law can only be used as you see fit. contact the site's support team and see what they say. of course, you need proof that you took the image. |
