S there Copywrite protection over groups names on FACEBOOK? |
any idea? There is no copy write protection over names although some content on facebook is subject to copy write. If you are having issues with a groups name or content you are able to report the group to Facebook Staff. Simply scroll down to the bottom of the page and you should find a report group link on the left side of the webpage. Not that I know. Sure enough you can probably complain to facebook and get a group removed, but for the most part its free reign right now. |
