You can v easily change the password that is provided by BSNL. Visit the website below:

http://10.240.240.195/webLogin.jsp

U will have to change the PPPoE password on ur DSL Modem also after this... Ur Internet may get disconnected after a while...if u dont change on the Modem... So be careful.

Go to http://10.240.43.216 & sign in with your existing user ID password. Once you have signed in, you will find the 'change password' option on the left pane.
