I cannot share my system in network places, other user couldn't access my share folder in network place. But i can access other user's share folder in network place. If anyone who connected in the network try to access my share folder, a message appears that security database correpted. Also I can't able to rectify this problem. How can i make the folder accessable by other users?

If this is windows XP. Double click "my computer". Click on tools/folder options. Click on the view tab, then scroll down to bottom, uncheck simple file sharing. Go to your share folder, right click on the share folder and choose sharing and security. Click the permissions button, choose the everyone group (not really recommended, you will have to alter this later and create users who should be able to connect (assuming you don't have Active Directory running) and click the read and write access. Next click over to the security tab and click add. Add the everyone group and click on everything but full access. (again not recommended for security purposes).

If the above works, then you need to add the correct users to your computer if you are not using AD. To do that, well, that's another question.

Check whether your system IP address is registered on the server and it is not expired.

U can try the following ways.

1. First check ur windows / anti-virus firewall settings. Disable ur windows firewall
2. Try to access ur system via Start --> Run--> \\<ipaddress>
3. Change your Primary DNS address into your local server IP address.
4. Check your gateway number is same as other users
