While using a wireless adaptor can you pick up websites that the computer with the router visited?

I am using a wireless adaptor connecting through my neighbors wireless connection, I found websites that were visited that I know I didnt visit. Is it possible to pick up the websites that computer visisted

First off, I hope you are on good terms with your neighbor about this...

It is possible that someone could have accessed your computer remotely and gotten to those sites. However I'd call that chance very, VERY remote. There is no way that your computer would have traces of websites that your neighbor visited.

You might check to see if someone else has access to your computer when you aren't there, like a roommate or family member. The most likely cause is that they used your computer to go to those sites.
