No matter how many times i reboot the BT homehub it still does not take the password or username of admin.?


you are supposed to reset the hub then admin is the default username and password.This never works on this hub after all the resets it has had you still cannot access all its functions. Help

Did you press the reset button down, pull out the power plug, while still holding the reset button for five seconds then after all that, put the plug back in? If not then you probably didn't reset it right, it sounds crazy, but that's how you have to do it sometimes.

Aaron is right ...
1.Press the Reset Button ....if its not Handy use sharp Edge PIN to hold the reset button(as some times it may jus be a hole instead of a reset button).
2.Unplug the power cable (Make sure you are still pressing the reset button)
3.Plug the power cable again and wait for the ADSL/WAN link to become stable
4.Release the reset button now ....


For sure it should work ....Make sure that u are pressing the reset button for the whole power off & on cycle.
